Origin:
Spectra started off as a sketch in my sketchbook when I was in high school. She originally had shorter hair and lipstick. Even though Artceps is #196 and Spectra comes right after him, Spectra was designed/created by me first. I don't want to spoil why Spectra comes right after Artceps in the Sagianpedia... that will be in the future.
