Origin:
Artceps was created as a brotherly counterpart to Spectra. His name is just Spectra reversed. Even though Artceps is #196 and Spectra comes right after him, Spectra was designed/created by me first. I don't want to spoil why Spectra comes right after Artceps in the Sagianpedia... that will be in the future.
