Origin:
Kamakiri is based on the praying mantis insect and martial artists. She started off as a sketch on my terrible old computer and I liked her design that I re-drew her in my sketchbook. Kamakiri's name is Japanese for "praying mantis", and her symbol on the back of her outfit translates to "praying mantis".
