What are Relic Forms?

Get to know a Sagian's Relic Form!

A Sagian's Relic form, sometimes referred to as Relic Stones, is a form each Sagian takes on. When they are born from the giant tree, each Sagian has their own form to take on, a Relic Device, and Sagian Symbol.

We'll come back to the Relic Device and Sagian Symbol later. 

A Sagian is in their Relic Form when they need rest. In the center piece, lies the Sagian's soul, resting inside. Their energy is recharged when they use it all up in battle. If the Sagian is exhausted or takes too much damage from battle, they revert back to this form to heal them selves.

However, if the Sagian dies, they revert to their Relic Form, the center cracks, and the stone crumbles into dust. If the center of the Relic Form cracks, the Sagian automatically dies. As seen in Chapter 1, when the Gods are defeated by Zeras, the 3 revert back and crumble into dust and all of the Sagians sense their death and cry.

It's also rare for a Sagian to talk in their Relic Form, but they only can communicate to their partner via Relic Device.

But what prevents the Sagian from switching to their Relic Form?

If there is a lack of energy from the giant tree or if the Sagian is badly bruised/injured, they can't switch. They must seek a Sagian nurse to treat them if they are badly injured or they must wait until the giant tree has its energy back.

• Relic Forms are based on me collecting rocks when I was in elementary school. I mostly collect the white sparkly rocks. I stopped collecting around my Senior year.
