In Fangnoon's human form, he is a happy man who loves eating a lot of food. However, if he eats too much, the sky becomes dark really fast and he transforms into his beast form. If he looks at the moon after transforming, he goes out of control in beast form until his partner calms him down.
Fangnoon's fur/hair is flaming hot when active, so never touch it. In human form, he really likes Lumi although, Lumi hates him. If both beast forms of Fangnoon and Lumi were to meet up, they might start a fight!

Blue Flamed Blasts: Shoots blue fire from either his hands (human form) or mouth (beast form). In beast form, this move's power is strong.

From my chapter 6 commentary: "You might be wondering, what inspired Fangnoon's design? For his beast form, like Raiden, Flareden, and Liquden, a beta and unused Pokémon from Gold and Silver (#349) inspired his beast form design". His human form is entirely made up by me.
