Tsyoshi is a very shy Sagian. He has a brother named Frozee who likes to bully him because of how weak he is. But, Tsyoshi wants to prove to his brother that he isn't weak. Currently, he is training hard and facing his fears of things he doesn't like (such as heights!), so that he can overpower Frozee.
His boots are skates. When on ice, he uses the skates to speed himself up, as it's more effective than solid ground.

Frosty Wind: Blows a gust of ice on the opponent, leaving them temporarily frozen.
Skate Kick: After picking up speed from his skates (works best on ice), he jumps up and kicks the opponent very hard.
