Ula is Sariju's top water archer. She always battles her rival, Tentais to see who's the strongest. That's why she trains every day: to get stronger and outrival her opponent.
She knows Akira and every time Akira comes up to a woman, she pulls him by the ear or shoots him with her water arrows. "When will Akira learn?" she says. As for Sayuri, she gets along with her and they're good friends with each other.

Water Arrows - Shoots water arrows using her bow. Yes, they hurt if hit from far away.
Wave Rush - She runs across a body of water, creating a wave that hits her opponents.

Origin:
Ula's design (and her UL form) is entirely made up by me. However, her name has a meaning. Ula means "gem of the sea", "jewel of the sea", or "Sea Jewel" of Celtic origin which I didn't know about until doing research on her name after I created her. And it fits with both of her designs!
